Year, month, date and order of meeting holding, as well as the order of Meeting notice, the list of the materials to be provided to the shareholders are set by the Board in accordance with the requirements of law and credit organization charter.\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nCredit organization must summon the annual general meeting of shareholders every year.
